Custom Order & Returns Policy
Personalized items
Because every item is made to order, personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part.
Our mistakes
If we've made a spelling or production error, we'll remake the item at no cost. Please double-check spelling before ordering.
Changes and cancellations
Changes or cancellations are possible until production begins. Once vinyl is cut, the order is final.
Care
Hand wash only. Damage from dishwashers, microwaves, soaking or abrasive cleaning isn't covered.
